Phase 3 and 4 is where the magic happens during a project. We start adding elements and finishes that really begin to shape the result of all the planning and execution that has happened from the day you put pen to paper to make your vision a reality. A simple but beautiful bungalow that I had the opportunity to complete in a pretty remote area. With limited access to trades I was required to really deliver on a lot of the elements of this build to try and keep the project within budget and on time. The end result is a simple but tasteful bungalow that is nestled in nature so that you can escape the city and reconnect with how beautiful Canada really is. #construction #homes #custom #architecture

Phase one of a build is heavily dependent on the elements, proper planning (following the plan) and efficiently executing the foundation so that the ground around your home's footing is on - is not negatively impacted by water sitting in your excavation for too long.
